The decor is nice, the hotel is quiet, and the staff is super friendly and accommodating. the service is welcoming, and the location near an underground station is magnificent. It's lucky that Amorino Queensway, offering food to go, is not too far away.

We didn't have time, so we would come here again. Everything was perfectly fine, exceptional location very close to Hyde Park for the concert, restaurants, souvenir shop and Bayswater station, and parks, good stuff.

Location. Comfortable bed.
In three days, they've never cleaned the room or taken out the garbage.

The staff at the reception desk was very kind and helpful. the room we stayed in was newly renovated and warm, with three single beds. - the hotel's location is marvelous, just a 5-minute walk to an expansive park. - the restaurant inside the hotel was pleasant.

The frontage is well-kept; the hotel staff were friendly - even offering to take our bags upstairs; the breakfast was adequate, the bed was comfortable and clean. All the furniture was new and matched. It was very nearly a very nice room (see comments below).
Whiteleaf are obviously upgrading and have done an excellent job of tiling etc. However, the little things that finish off rooms need looking at. Our bathroom was really nicely tiled (204) but the taps were likely to fall off. There was a step down into the room, but no warning of it was given. The room had 4 light fittings - all different; some gold and some silver finish. If these little bits had been undertaken, I would have given an "excellent" for the room. There is no handrail on parts of the stairs - this needs to be looked at as a matter of urgency; and the window had been painted shut!

The staff were friendly
Do Not believe the photos, the place is not very clean The mattress were old and very worn and had large lumps were the innerspring had given way.The room was stale and hot, No air con and the windows opened out to a smoking area. Tv did not work. Breakfast was a joke, toast and cereal and warm milk.

Cheap & cheerful, free wifi & a bit of breakfast thrown in! At that price you cant go wrong at all.
Slightly grubby. Didnt like the feeling of the hotel as you went up the stairs. I didnt like the pictures & the ambience was a bit eery & dated.
